Anya Heidi Oravasaari

Anya Heidi has come to live her truth through a lifelong relationship with nature, the lessons that death teaches about fully living, and deep immersion in Tantra and the path of the heart.

Originally from Finland, Anya Heidi’s connection with the Findhorn Foundation began through an exchange of letters with one of its founders, Eileen Caddy, which inspired her to attend an Experience Week in 1998. She came to experience the Findhorn Foundation community as a living Mystery School, where spiritual practice, connection with nature, and learning through community profoundly influenced who she is today. Anya Heidi offers workshops, group events, and one-to-one sessions that invite an embodied homecoming and a deepening into presence, wholeness, and love.
