Transform Your Coaching Practice and Leadership Skills

For visionary coaches, leaders and change agents who are ready to lead with purpose, depth, and transformative impact

Do you want to support transformational change in people, teams, society, clients and colleagues? Spirit at Work is for those seeking to move beyond transactional coaching and reactive leadership, by bringing the Transpersonal alive in coaching, consulting and leadership practice.

The Transpersonal is a world view of the individual as a purposeful being who influences and is influenced by an ecosystem and society. This model of coaching and leadership looks beyond the narrow version of self. Rather, it works with and through the individual to create change in the world. Central to this is bringing spirit into our everyday life and work.

The programme is a personally transformative experience that offers grounded skills for recognising and developing Spirit at Work in yourself, your clients and your colleagues. You will leave the programme both personally enriched and professionally empowered.

The programme will take place at the Ecovillage in Findhorn, a community that has dedicated over six decades to sustainable living and spiritual life – and trying to put ecosystemic intelligence into practice: www.ecovillagefindhorn.com.

An Accelerated Learning Path
Modules 1 (From Actor to Author) and 2 (Ecosystemic Intelligence) will take place over five immersive days. You then have the opportunity to participate in Module 3 (Values in Action – using the acclaimed Cards for Life ©) in person in London.

The full 3-module programme has received the highly valued accreditation from the Association for Coaching at Certificate level. View the Spirit at Work website for full programme details: spirit-at-work.co.uk/programme

World-Class Expert Sessions
Christopher Connolly and Hetty Einzig have designed and will lead the programme. They will share their cumulative wisdom and experience of coaching and leading people to personal fulfilment in their work. See their biographies here.

In addition, you will meet with Findhorn community members who have been pioneers in regenerative agriculture, ethical building practices, social enterprise and ecosystemic education.
