Navigating life can be a challenge in this fast paced, busy world where overwhelm and information overload are the norm. Social media and communication Apps are convenient, but also very easy to misinterpret and can make getting your message across complicated.

Together we will take the time to slow down and explore the things that really matter. Like being honest even when it’s scary, asking for what you want in clear and powerful ways & learning how to de-escalate conflict.

Through identifying your feelings and needs, and articulating them to others, you can make significant changes to the way you manage the ups and downs in your life. Developing empathy skills can help you to navigate difficult conversations with loved ones, work colleagues, authority figures, teenagers and children.

Using interactive games and activities that support varied learning styles, you will learn how to deeply connect with yourself and others, and how to show up authentically in your relationships.
